WHAT HAPPENED!?!

Ok have had the Sony receiver for about two months.. Song pall worked perfectly until today.. Now I cant control my USB port from my phone anymore... If this is because of the update that is unacceptable... I cannot resort to using the remote that came with the device.. I would need to switch the display on my monitor constantly in order to do it.. Usb support is a must
