Great sound system, Ok App but Can be Better

Being almost 2 months using the app and sound system. Sound quality is great directly connected to equipment that i intend to use. App response is slow and lags sometimes despite not so far from sound bar. Why there is no connectivity via wireless and just limited to bluetooth? Bluetooth makes sound quality terrible. App refreshes every time i switch within options which is PIA. My Sony product craziness will remain high but this app sometimes make me
